Bollywood Heartthrob Shahid Kapoor To Marry Mira Rajput On June 10 This Year

One of the most eligible bachelors of Bollywood, Shahid Kapoor, recently broke the hearts of a million girls as he confirmed that he will be tying the knot this year. While there were reports that the actor will be getting hitched in December this year, there is another one that says he might be tying the knot much before that. Yes, as per reports, Shahid Kapoor will be getting married to Delhi-based girl, Mira Rajput, on June 10, 2015.

It is believed that Shahid’s father, Pankaj Kapur, met Mira Rajput, through a religious organisation, Radha Soami Satsang, and introduced them to each other. Reportedly, Shahid got engaged to Mira, on Makar Sankranti, January 14, this year.
However, when the actor was questioned about his engagement during a recent event, this is what he said:

“I am not engaged, but what you have been hearing about, it is kind of true. Marriage is on the cards sometimes towards the end of the year.”

Wedding date finalised?

While the actor stated that the marriage will take place some time towards the end of the year, latest buzz claims that the wedding bells will ring in the mid of this year itself, on June 10. According to a report by the leading daily, Mid-day, a source says, “Both the families have agreed on June 10 as the wedding date. In fact, preparations have already begun."
However, another source mentioned in the same report claims that June 10 is just a tentative date and nothing has been finalised so far. But, it is true that the wedding preparations are in full swing.
As per another source, “The couple will tie the knot in the presence of family members and a few close friends, and a grand reception will follow in Mumbai, with Shahid’s friends and colleagues from the industry.”
